How to set up a kDrive connection

Dropshare 6.0 or newer

To set up a connection to Infomaniak kDrive, you need to create a kDrive Connection in the Connections preferences after you've created an API Token in the Infomaniak dashboard.

Get Drive ID

To find out your Drive ID, open your kDrive Dashboard in a browser and look at the URL. It will look like:

https://ksuite.infomaniak.com/kdrive/app/drive/XXXXXXX/files/5

The number after "drive/", marked as XXXXXXX in the above example, is your Drive ID. You can alternatively copy & paste the full url into the Drive ID field in the next step.

Set Up Connection

Go to the Dropshare preferences, open the Connections tab, and choose to create a new kDrive Connection.

API Token API Token from the Infomaniak Dashboard. Needs to have the "drive" scope.
Drive ID Drive ID from previous step, see above
Folder Path

Folder path where Dropshare should upload files to, e.g.:

  • / for Root Folder
  • /Dropshare/ for folder named "Dropshare" in the Root Folder

Click Test Connection to make sure everything has been set up correctly, and you're done!

Please note that custom landing pages do not work with kDrive.
