Dropshare supports Shlink as a custom URL shortener.
Set the URL shortener to Custom (advanced) in the Upload preferences, and use the following settings:

Click Test to validate your credentials and Save to close the dialog. That's it! From now on, Dropshare will use Shlink to shorten your upload URLs.
